Day 1 (2nd October)

We arrived in Budapest at 11:30 AM and went our separate ways. I first met my partner's stepmother  (she is very nice and sweet) and, later, her father. She drove us home, where they gave me a tour of the house, including my room (I love it).  Around 8 p.m., I went with Eliza, her sister, and Iris to Citadella Park. Since it was dark, it was hard to see the way up, but once we reached the top, everything was illuminated (the statues, the bridges, etc.). I woke up at 5:20 to leave the house by 6:00 AM. I said goodbye to my partner and her stepmother drove Iris and me to the hotel where our teacher was staying. Day 17 (18th October)

We didn’t do anything that morning because we were at home sleeping.   In the evening (6:00 PM), we went to a supermarket because I wanted to make a cheesecake for my host family, that is the same kind that Léda had loved back in Verín.  At 8:00 PM, we took the cheesecake out of the oven and they tried it (they loved it). Afterward, we went to bed early because we had to get up very early the next day.
